I can’t find my website when I search for it on Google. Why?

Answer: The simple answer is because you don’t have an Internet Marketing campaign to improve your online visibility. The search engine results pages (SERPs) that you see when you do a search are the result of a very complex process. However, we do know this: The web pages that you see on search engine pages are considered to be authoritative, trustworthy, and the most topical – according to the search engine. Getting your website, or more correctly, your web pages, visible on search requires that your web pages have all those desirable traits. SEO is the process of proving your site is worthy of high visibility on the search pages.

Answer Part B: Your Internet Marketing campaign is not working. If the goal of your Internet Marketing plan is to place your website on the Page One of the Google search engine AND you’ve been paying for that Internet Marketing plan for more than six to nine months without seeing your website (or web page(s) on Page One of the search engine results, then your marketing campaign is not working.

What is the price for an SEO campaign?

Answer: This is a very open-ended question because it just is not specific. It’s like asking, “How much is the price of a car?” or “How much does it cost to buy a home?” Our pricing schedule is based three important factors:

  • Industry or Market Niche
  • Geographic Target
  • Competition

For example:

  • Industry and Niche: DUI attorney
  • Geographic Target: Los Angeles, California
  • Competition: High

A DUI attorney in Los Angeles, CA, who wants his website to show on the First Page of Google will need to pay at least $10,000 per month to appear on the top search pages. At the other end of the pricing spectrum, someone who has a custom quilt business in a city with a population of 10,000 could possibly pay as little as $150 to $200 per month to appear on Page One of Google.

To answer your question specifically: Our Local Reviews Program services start at $225 per month. A full suite of SEO services targeting a high competition market niche in cities, or geographic target areas, with population of 600,000 or more starts at $7,500 per month.

Most businesses we analyze prior to implementing a marketing campaign are in medium to high competition industries and most of those businesses are located in geographic target areas with populations ranging from 200,000 to over 1 million.

How Can I Determine My Business’ SEO Geographical Target?

Answer: Here some examples of city and area populations.

  • Portland, Oregon city population: 650,000
  • Portland, Oregon area population: 2,000,000 (does not include state of Washington
  • Vancouver, Washington population: 175,000
  • Vancouver, Washington area population: 470,000 – 500,000

If your business, like plumber or HVAC targets a geographic area with a large population, you can expect considerable competition, so your Internet Marketing program will be priced accordingly. Dentists, chiropractors and other health care related businesses often have a small geographic target area, for example a 5 mile radius around their business. However, steep competition in those industries requires more work, and subsequently, higher expenditure for their marketing campaigns.

How long will it take for my website to show up on the first page of Google?

Answer: Optimizing a website for the Google search engine now takes longer than it did four or five years ago. We’ve been providing SEO since 2000, so we’ve seen these changes. Google has implemented stringent rules and now has the capability to monitor websites instantaneously. Unethical SEO no longer has the freedom to “spoof” the search engines with wild and weird techniques. We strictly follow the Google guidelines to avoid any negative issues, while vigorously working to place your website in the best possible position on the search pages.

Can you make my site show up in the Google Maps Listings (aka 3 Pack)?

Answer: The Google Maps listings are often called the Google 3 Pack because it typically displays 3 business listings. Placing a business in the Google Maps listings requires a different approach than the traditional Organic SEO. The Google Maps listings are designed for Local Businesses. As a result someone searching on their cell phone in one area can, and often does, get a different result than the result they would get in another area. Example:
you are in a coffee shop on the west side of a city and search for “landscaping.” It is possible (very likely) that you will get different results if you go to a coffee shop on the east side of the same city. Hint – it’s not the coffee – its the geographic location that determines the result of your search.

The answer to this question is: We specialize in Google My Business, which is the lynchpin for visibility in the Google Maps listings. We’ve been successful providing Local Search for Google Maps Listings for our clients in the past. Before we start a Google My Business/Google Maps Listings campaign we need to analyze your business. How do I pay so you will start working on my account?

Answer: We accept business checks and payment via credit card or PayPal on the PayPal payment system. If we are implementing a monthly program, which is our most common arrangement, then we use the PayPal recurring payment plan.
We can make exceptions for invoicing, however, we will use a PayPal invoice and request for payment. For large Internet Marketing packages, some of our clients utilize the PayPal credit program. We do request payment at the start of any web marketing program, then bill according to our agreement in the future.

What information do you need to get started?

Answer: We have a list of questions that we need to answer before we start. This is called a “Discovery Analysis” or simply “Discovery.” We really do need to know as much as possible about your business, what goods or services you provide, your website, your previous marketing, your social media, and other information. We DO NOT get into Discovery until after we’ve had the opportunity to complete your initial consultation. If both parties agree, that is you want to work with us and vice versa, then we will forward a link to the Discovery form. We will schedule a second conversation to discuss the Discovery information. At that point we will recommend service(s) that we think will best suit your company’s marketing program.

Do you provide services to companies like ours?

Answer: Our criteria for accepting initial inquiries is simple. We provide services for all businesses except the following.
